Thank you for choosing Rich Hair for your Luxury Braided Wigs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our order processing timeline below to understand the steps involved in fulfilling your order.

 

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. This processing period includes order verification, payment confirmation, and preparation for production. Once the order has been placed, the shipping address on cannot be changed, NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Order Production Time:

After processing, it takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks to conceive and craft the wig. This timeframe allows us to ensure that each product meets our high standards of quality and customization. 

 

Shipping & Delivery:

 Shipping times vary based on the destination. The estimated delivery time is as follows:

Local Orders (Within Canada/USA): Typically 3 to 7 business days.

International Orders: Generally 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Order Tracking:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s status and estimated delivery date.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as high demand, supply chain disruptions, or customs delays can impact processing and shipping times. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order. 

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. If your order has not been delivered within two weeks after placing the order, please inform us promptly. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages after two weeks from the order date. It is your responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately of any issues. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For the prevention of credit card fraud, certain orders may necessitate ID verification before shipment. In cases where your billing, banking, or credit card details do not align with the information on record with the credit card processor, we may ask for supplementary information. Additionally, for some first-time customers, we will reach out to confirm your identity as the cardholder.
